tara! that's fantastic! just goes to show you don't need to "know" much to
be effective!
the store I ransomed spirit from was a petco. totally didn't set out to
adopt him, didn't even try to like him. regardless, we bonded pretty
tightlty and I ended up selling my car at the eleventh hour to save him
before he got transferred. a full two weeks later I was given his paperwork,
and managed to get them to pay for an avian vet visit. our appt is tomorrow
morning.

to petco's credit, they did work with me eventually but it was like pulling
teeth for an excrutiatingly long time first. now they are attemping to put
me on payroll as a groomer. I really just want to do non-dog click
workshops. I'm still chipping at it.
