advice/help Dot also windows etc

BlankI don't know how to cope with the following problem.
Has anyone any suggestions?

In Feb this year I dropped Casper outside and buzzed by crows he flew 5 miles and was retrieved next day by a friendly stranger. he came home worried and stressed.
Today I went to London leaving birds in conservatory which is 5x4x3 metres and full of tree branches etc.
Casper managed to squeeze out of a window (probably about noon) He must have bent himself in half. It was a tiny bit open. The main door was open with a grille over it.

I came home at 5pm. Some kids had found him in our village 800 metres away in a tree. he flew down to an old man and Wal picked him up from the chap's shoulder in his sitting room at 6pm Casper isn't showing any signs of stress and clearly loved his day out, He is sitting in my office as I write dozing. He is showing none of the clinginess he showed the first time he was loose for 30 hours.

Where do I go from here?

Obviously I can net the windows in the conservatory. But it is clear that Casper wants OUT.

Has anyone ever tried telemetry on parrots. I cannot imagine they would not pluck the transmitter off.

Recall only works first thing in the morning to and from the perch for a pat of butter.

I have the feeling that if I had the guts to let one or both off their harness in the garden they would NOT fly away but I have not got the guts yet.
any suggestions gratefully received. I feel a proper idiot
Thanx Dot
PS over dangers in the home. They seem perfectly aware of heated surfaces/windows/lavatories and every appliance that can be taken apart if it is not hidden. Casper can open drawers but not undo zips. Wal and I are a much tidier couple than before they came.
