cockatiels

Hi Leanne:

You know, with cockatiels...I don't think I would fly them outside but it 
isn't their startle response that would worry me. Cockatiels are 
incredibly sweet birds but they just seem to have little, short attention 
spans and they are remarkably aerodynamic.....one breeze and off they go. 
They are nomadic in Australia.
