Good luck finding your Pionus.

If I were to get another bird, I would want a bird that hasn't 
weaned yet. First off, you will have all the flight feathers. 
Secondly, you will be sure it truly properly fledges. I am sure 
Bitsy never fledged in a big enough area, and I think it shows in 
her flying.

I don't know how old Pionus are when they wean, but I suspect very 
young. I know Bitsy was born in early January and was in the hands 
of an exporter by the end of March, less than three months later. 
I'm sure she was weaned, or she wouldn't have survived.
