Re: [Freeflight] Managing Flighted BIrds
I have barriers in the house:
- Bamboo curtains hanging in doorways (held back when not needed)
- I have sheer curtains which block off rooms - I used recycled bamboo
poles from carpet/rug rolls for the rods
- If all else fails, I shut them in their rooms.
It is pretty easy once you get used to it. I live with 11 flighted birds
in size from Lovebird to Green Wing Macaw. I can have all of them out at
the same time and not worry about their safety or my sanity.
