Seems to me that there's two distinct reasons for people wanting to use
weight management... it increases motivation, and then:
1) the increased motivation accelerates the training process;
2) the increased motivation makes the already-trained behaviors more
reliable in distracting environments (e.g. the great outdoors)
I don't care about (1) but (2) still makes it mighty attractive.
