Where are you? I live in Southern CA also ...and Gary and I would be happy 
to have you come by and show you and your husband our aviary..and how we have 
it garden planted . You can email me privately or you can call me anytime for 
help . Bring your Seram cockatoos ( Moluccan) with you...I would love to 
meet them....I am literally feeling homesick for their only ancestrial magic 
mother lsland of Seram ( I visited there just this Oct 2005)...where the only 
cockatoos on this huge island is the "Seram" cockatoo! I love their flight 
pattern .......flap flap ........glide......flap flap........glide....

My husband and I are building a flight for my 2 M2s. We live in
Southern Ca on a half acre. It will be 32 feet long x 12 wide. I have
been on the freeflight list for over a year now. Would love to teach
freeflight but do not think its possible here where I live. Hawks all
around me. Would love any advice as what kind of flooring and cover?
Or plants?
