You might be right about the capybaras too, Shanlung. 
After all, a muskrat is sort of a mini-capybara. 
Since we have scads of muskrats, but barely any
capybara in my neighborhood, and I'm neither Catholic,
nor have ever eaten either beast, who am I to argue
