Re: law against freeflying?
I fear the day Bird Flu breaks out in the vicinity of "our" Macaws.
The last time bird flu was roaming around The Netherlands some
draconian measure were taken.
When I read on news bulletins that people are massively dumping
their parrots at sanctuaries out of fear of contaminating their
