I think any new flyer will have that steep, angled stall position,
especially any of the larger parrots. I think they are trying to slow
their flight down, so all the brakes are on at the same time as they
are trying to stay airborne. Its hard work for a new flyer who
doesn't have well-developed flight muscles.
